At BuyWrap, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
